You know how there’s that feeling around this time of year that seems to creep in without an invitation?
Ah yes, The Dreaded End-Of-January-Slump.
You know what we mean though, ya?
Like at the beginning of the month you got back to work feeling (at least kinda) refreshed and even a bit hopeful...but now it’s all starting to feel like a slog again.
There’s lots of names for it...January Doldrums, Seasonal Depression, Winter Blues, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)...and they all feel crumby.
This year January has felt especially long.
With less to look forward to and less to break up the eat-sleep-work routine.
Nope, we’re not mind readers. You’re just not alone in feeling this way.
But hey, there’s a little bit of good news too.
We’ve got some ideas.
And you probably (hopefully!) know by now that when we say we’ve got some ideas that does not mean there’s a whole ancient scroll’s worth of “shoulds” coming your way.
Nope, we just want you to know you’re not going it solo on this one, and to chat about some little things that might help take the edge off.
